Sheila Kuhn

Pilates Instructor

Sheila fell in love with Pilates after her very first session, drawn in by the powerful connection between mind and body. That experience inspired her to become a comprehensively trained instructor, and nearly 18 years later, her passion for teaching is as strong as ever.

Sheila finds the greatest joy in witnessing the moment when everything clicks for a client; that spark of understanding and confidence that comes with an "aha!" moment. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients of all experience levels, from those brand new to Pilates to seasoned practitioners. She has also guided individuals recovering from injuries and supported clients navigating chronic and debilitating illnesses.

She enjoys the challenge of discovering the best approach for each individual, helping clients move with greater ease, improve alignment, and achieve their personal goals. Sheila feels incredibly grateful for the opportunity to teach Pilates and considers it a privilege to continually meet and work with so many wonderful people.

Sheila will be taking a couple private clients on Wednesdays as well as teaching a more traditional style reformer class on Wednesdays at noon.

Beyond teaching, Sheila loves spending time with her grandchildren, going for walks and hikes with her husband, and curling up with a good book!
