If you're new to Pilates, we recommend beginning with either a Foundations class or two one-on-one private sessions with one of our instructors. These introductory private sessions are offered at a discounted rate, and we encourage everyone, whether you're new to Pilates or have years of experience, to take advantage of them! After your introductory sessions, your instructor will assess your movement, discuss your goals, and recommend the best path forward, whether that means continuing with private training or transitioning into our group classes
-
All of our instructors have completed training for prenatal and postpartum considerations. We ask that if you are pregnant or newly postpartum, please let us know ahead of time so your instructor is aware and can provide modifications as needed. If you are postpartum, ensure you have medical clearance from your provider before attending classes.

You will receive a text and/or email when you have gotten off the waitlist and are in the class. It is the clients responsibility to manage their schedule on the waitlist. Please log into your Momence account and remove yourself from the waitlist at least twelve (12) hours prior to the class time if you do not plan on attending.
-
Class registration is open 30 days prior to the class date. We encourage all clients to sign up in advance to ensure you can get into your preferred class date and time.

Our studio utilizes public parking. Street parking outside of the studio is available as well as limited parking spots behind the studio. There is also a parking lot next to the Waldorf School and the Mariemont Chapel that is public parking and available for use.
Policies & Studio Etiquette
Cancellation Policy
For private and semi-private sessions, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. To cancel or reschedule, please contact your instructor or the studio manager directly. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. For group classes, we require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations. All group class cancellations must be made through the Momence app. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the class credit.
Location & Arrival
Dwell Pilates is located in the heart of Old Town Mariemont at 3913 Oak Street. Please ensure you are finding Oak Street with the zip code 45227, as there is another address in the Cincinnati area. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before class to give yourself time to settle in, store your belongings, and prepare for your session. You'll find cubbies and hooks near the main entrance for your personal items. To help keep our studio clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the studio unless you have a pair designated for indoor use. Our lounge area near the entrance is the perfect place to relax before class, wait for the previous session to finish, or slip your shoes back on afterward.
Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are not required for class, but if you choose to wear socks, we kindly ask that they have non-slip grips on the bottom for your safety while using the equipment. To help preserve a calm and distraction-free environment, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away during class. This allows everyone to be fully present and enjoy their time on the reformer, mat, or in a private session with their instructor.
Class Purchasing & Usage
To help keep your practice consistent, all class packages must be used within six months of the purchase date. Any unused credits will expire after six months. Our New Client Group Reformer Package must be used within 30 days of purchase, and our Intro to Private Sessions package must be used within 60 days of purchase. We also offer package sharing for friends and family. If you'd like to share your class credits with someone, simply let your instructor or the studio manager know, and we'll be happy to set it up.
