Build Strength That Shows Up Wherever You Do.

Our future schedule will offer both private/semi-private sessions and group classes, giving you the flexibility to choose the style of instruction that best supports your goals and needs. Check back soon for full schedule!

Intro to reformer | Foundations

50 minutes

If you’re new to reformer Pilates, we ask that you attend this class (and/or take two private sessions with one of our instructors) prior to any group classes. Foundations will give you an overview of the following: Reformer set-up, breathing, how to connect the breath with movement, important notes about spinal and pelvic positioning, and guide you through a brief class. Even if you do have experience with the reformer, we encourage you to take advantage of this important introduction so you can get acquainted with us, our equipment and style of teaching. Following your introductory session/s, our instructors will assess your needs and recommend the best path forward; whether that’s continuing with private training or joining our group classes. We can’t wait to get you started!

Group Reformer Classes

50 minutes

A full-body reformer workout designed to build strength, enhance control, and improve mobility. With our combined contemporary and classical style approach, you’ll be challenged to move with power while maintaining precision and proper form. Each all-level class includes thoughtfully designed progressions, allowing you to tailor the intensity to your individual needs. Perinatal clients are welcome, we just kindly ask you let us know if you are pregnant or newly postpartum (6 months or less), in advance.

Group Mat Classes

50 minutes

Mat Pilates is often considered the purest expression of the practice. Without springs or machines to assist or resist movement, you rely entirely on your body, making it both deceptively simple and highly challenging. Expect a balanced flow of exercises that challenge both strength and mobility, with options and modifications offered throughout to suit all levels. The mat and a variety of props such as bands, ball, Bala ring, magic circle, and arc/spine corrector are often used.

Private & Semi-Private Instruction

50 minutes

This 50-minute private (you + an instructor) or semi-private (you and a friend or family member + instructor) is designed for those seeking personalized attention and customized programming. Together, we’ll assess your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and work toward your specific goals. This is also a great option for those who are nursing injuries, prenatal/postpartum, as well as those who are new to the Pilates practice. You’ll have access to a full range of equipment, including the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel.
