Pilates Instructor

As a former competitive dancer, Kourtney developed a deep appreciation for movement and body awareness early in life. This naturally led her to pursue a comprehensive Pilates training program and mentorship with Katie Kezele in 2023. For the past three years, Kourtney has built a thriving teaching practice, working with a wide range of clients, including individuals recovering from injuries, those managing chronic pain, and professional athletes.

Kourtney is passionate about helping clients of all experience levels build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies. Her teaching style emphasizes mindful movement, functional strength, and mobility while fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel empowered to reach their goals. Whether someone is new to Pilates or has an established practice, Kourtney looks forward to supporting each client’s movement journey and helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of the studio, Kourtney enjoys baking bread, cooking, and spending time
outdoors with her dog, Floyd. She lives on the west side with her husband, and together they spend much of their free time renovating their new home and exploring nature.
