Katie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including amateur and professional athletes, prenatal and postpartum women, individuals seeking improved mobility and strength, and those in post-rehabilitation or injury recovery.
Breathwork is a central focus of Katie’s Pilates practice. She emphasizes proper breathing patterns and mindful breath-to-movement connection, recognizing breath as the foundation for strength, stability, and efficient movement. Katie believes optimal breathing is nuanced yet powerful, and she enjoys helping clients refine it to access its many benefits.
As a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a mother herself, Katie is deeply committed to supporting women through their perinatal journey. She earned this rigorous and highly respected certification in 2018, further strengthening her expertise in guiding women safely through a transformative season of life. She firmly believes it is never too late to address postpartum challenges and reclaim strength and confidence in the body.
Outside of Pilates, Katie enjoys connecting with family and friends, eating good food, cheering for her kids at soccer games and workout dates with her husband!
